Death and Dying Group Conference 2018

The theme of the conference is addressing the issues in end of life care and the ways in which the health, social care and academic community can and are mitigating the impact of these challenges. The conference will focus upon inequalities, tackling variations and addressing the practical issues in meeting the needs of individuals towards the end of their life.
