Finding and sharing pleasure in reading

The first of three high profile OU/UKLA reading for pleasure conferences this year, linked to the OU Research informed website. These are targeted at the primary teaching profession and include contemporary authors and workshops from our 80 Teacher Reading Group Leaders and members and keynotes from the Egmont OU UKLA reading for pleasure award winners.

Remove barriers to reduce nursing deficit by 13 per cent, says The Open University

The Open University is calling on higher education institutions, NHS employers and the government to address barriers to the nursing profession, which are contributing to the UK’s chronic shortage of nurses.
