Research interests

My research interests are in the field of children’s rights and the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, child and family law and policy and the impact of law on decision-making by health and social care professionals. My main area of research is the field of children and the law. This is a broad area of scholarship and my work ranges from analyses of the language of children’s rights to the impact of the law on children and changing professional practice centred on children.
