I qualified as a mental health nurse in 1991 after working as a health care assistant in a nursing home. On becoming a nurse I worked in a variety of residential, community and day hospital settings including a year spent as a charge nurse in a secure hospital. Since 2002 I have worked in a variety of colleges and universities but keep clinically current as a psychotherapist. I completed an OU Degree in Social Sciences in the 90s then went on to complete a Masters in Education, Cert Ed and Doctorate in Education at local centres. I have qualifiecations in CBT, DBT and BFT.
2018 seems to be turning into a busy year for Dr Hannah R. Marston, Research Fellow in the Health & Wellbeing Priority Research Area (H&W PRA). Hannah has recently published Mobile e-Health with colleagues from Swansea University and the University of Northern British Columbia, Canada; and Hannah will be a keynote presenter at two conferences this year.
