Professional biography

I qualified as a Social Worker in 1998 and have worked continuously in Adult Services since then, first with Oxfordshire Social Services and since 2003 with the City and County of Swansea. I am an advocate of relationship-based Social Work and believe that the manner in which Social Workers practice

Research interests

Multi-disciplinary casework with adults who display extreme challenging behaviour and complex psychological issues.
