Our research projects are developed through partnership with schools, playgroups, maternity hospitals, youth groups and other users of research and engage with the diversity of childhoods.

Face 2 Face

Funded by the National Centre for Research Methods, the project develops and evaluates a range of methods for exploring the movement between face-to-face and online interactions.

Talk Factory supports learning by helping students and their teachers to understand how to engage in productive argumentation.

Making Modern Motherhood

At the heart of the study are interviews with over 60 expectant first time mothers – ranging in age from 15 to 48 – and diverse in many other ways.
