This leaflet gives information on the council tax and the separate water and sewerage charge for:

people with a disability; people who are severely mentally impaired; carers; residential hospital patients; people living in private hospitals; people who are being looked after either in private hospitals or in accommodation provided by a care home service in which they are receiving treatment, or a high level of care, or both.
