CSGD Seminar: Digital-by-default service delivery & the vicious circle of digital poverty

In this CSGD seminar, Dr Becky Faith will discuss digital poverty and the digitalisation of government service delivery; drawing on her research in the UK and Nigeria.  

Dr Faith is a Research Fellow in the Digital Cluster at the Institute of Development Studies at the University of Sussex, where she researches and teaches on digital inequalities, gender and technology and the future of work. She is a proud alumnus of the Open University; having studied there for both her Masters in in Technology Strategy and Policy Research and her PhD in the School of Computing and Communications.
