The panel comprises renowned experts in discourse analysis from Latin America who will analyse contemporary far‑right discourses. The speakers are not particularly sympathetic to these movements, which include widely publicised figures such as Bolsonaro and Milei. However, rather than expressing a normative stance on these political tendencies, the primary aim of the panel is to understand how such discourses operate and how they have come to shape the public sphere.
