My role is based in the Strategic External Engagement Team in the Faculty of Wellbeing, Education and Language Studies (WELS).
The Strategic External Engagement Team foster partnerships and deliver services that bring WELS courses and research to wider audiences, enabling them to realise their ambitions and transform society. Through external engagement excellence, we increase student numbers and support WELS to grow and diversify income, and increase influence.
I manage business to business (B2B) marketing communications across the Faculty. My role involves:
I work closely with key stakeholders across WELS and the four nations, and have close links with marcomms colleagues across the University.
I completed my Bachelor of Laws Degree with the OU in 2013, followed by an Award in Integrated Communications with the Chartered Institute of Marketing in 2018. I am currently studying part-time with the OU to achieve my MBA.
