Mental health care mental health law user views assessment referral mental health services

This study provides qualitative evidence on the views of service users, their carers and practitioners on the implementation of Part 3 of the Mental Health (Wales) Measure 2010. This part of the Measure is concerned with assessments of former users of secondary mental health services and enables individuals, who have previously been in receipt of secondary mental health services, to refer themselves directly back to secondary services for assessment.
