The project team

While working together on a module on children’s literature (L301 Language, literature and childhood), the members of the team drew on our intersecting experiences and interests, and the idea for this project was born. With Sarah’s experience on reading for pleasure initiatives and research with children, Maria’s prior experience in using corpus analysis with social work texts, and Sally’s corpus assisted discourse studies approach to children’s fiction, we were able to pool our resources to create an innovative project that spans our research interests and skills.
