2020-21: Emotion Management CPD for Linguists (HEIF project)

The aim of this project was to develop online Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses to enable linguists working in challenging conditions to learn to manage and cope with their emotions and enhance their emotion management and regulation skills for the benefit of both their work performance and psychological wellbeing.
