Snowdrops Argyll Take Five to Age Well 2025

Introduction

Handwritten text: We are the Super Snowdrops. We are a group of ladies and one man over 60 who meet every Tuesday in the MS Centre Lochgilphead. We love to get together to exercise, learn new skills and activities but most importantly we love to have a cuppa and a chat.

We chose to take on the Take Five to Age well challenge not only as a group but also for individual personal challenges which we will continue with over the next few months. We have enjoyed the group sessions and have learnt so much through the handbook and handouts. We have shared tips, recipes, experience, but most of all we have supported each other to be the best we can as we continue the challenge. We hope you enjoy our journey so far.
